Asset management screen

Recently I've been working on a brand new design for the asset management screen. At first, we thought it was all going to plan until we started receiving a couple of complaints about the behavior of the tables.

Turns out our clients actually use that screen to copy the contents and paste on their own spreadsheets for self-management! What we ended up doing was creating a button that offers them a full spreadsheet with just what they needed.

The lesson learned from this one: You can be as emphatic as you want but you are STILL not the user 😉
