hope/no

the feeling of hopelessness is something that I often fight for it to go away as it comes silently in my mind

it's often accompanied with the thoughts of not doing my best to achieve what I aim for my life, that I should just be still...

it is tough not to give in to those feelings and turn your negative thoughts into beams of light and finally, hope

because even when we're experiencing difficult times, we have to look forward and try to see changes, see improvement, see light

it's doing things that you hope are the best for you at the moment, regardless if it's an up or downbeat period

it's a feeling that can boost you up, fill your lungs and put you into action to make a difference, no matter the scale of it

this is week 6, hope/no.
