Design primarily communicates with users. For design to be useful, we need to know the psychology, the marketing, the way of thinking of the users. In this way, we can very easily navigate and guide others through our project, to awaken new ideas in them, to force them into action, to motivate them to further research and think about our product.

In addition to looking attractive and visually appealing, our project must be done smartly. We don't need a beautiful design that serves no purpose and does not lead to change.
