What is a momotofu (peach tofu)? Aside from being my new design brand, it's a tasty creamy tofu, wrapped in peach, with a chewy tart filled center. Sounds yummy right? Drool..

The flat slab of tofu with a slice of peach just wasn't cutting it. From a distance it was looking like a marshmallow samurai hat, which was cool just not very universal. I played with hexagons, triangles, and finally squares until finally I thought of this wonderfully delicious tofu treat.
