Google Map's Ticket Feature - UX Case Study Project

This is a feature that allows Google Map's users to be able to buy a public transportation ticket directly. This case study is only focused on the European transportation systems that already have an E-Ticket system available like Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, and Austria.

This project concept has inspired by my personal experience as I mostly prefer E-Ticket over a physical one for public transportation. There are reasons why the Google Map app has a lot of design potential, and my case study has proven that along with the testing.
