Valued Kiddos

Working on a brochure for a non profit; trying to convey what they do in a clear way but trying to represent different cultures. Any idea on the most "politically correct" ways to illustrate people? It's tough but SO important, especially for these guys as they serve people all around the world. So far a simple solution is to not add skin tone coloring to any people featured but instead add specific clothing or accessories. Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Thanks!
