Omnichannel Chat Widget Settings

Hi everyone!

These past months, our team has been super busy crafting something new - the Omnichannel Chat Widget.

The widget works with Inbox and allows people to talk to businesses live on their website. It enables engagement in an easier and personal way and facilitates seamless communication on any channel available.

In the settings of the widget users can customize the branding, change the copy, enable/disable channels and get the code snippet.

In the coming weeks we will add even more customization options and we’re working closely with customers to make sure we’re improving and building relevant features that are clear and easy to use.
