YouTube comments & Like section concept prototype

So, I use youtube on daily basis at least for few hours. It has become a part of my daily routine. I use it to watch tutorials, vlogs & songs.

The second most feature of youtube which is used often is comments section. It's actually one of most important tool for youtube as they use it to measure user interaction & their algorithm also learns from it.
I have noticed that many people like me use it while the video is still playing. Some times viewers wants to comment something but either they have to pause the video and then comment or they comment while the video is still playing but both ways the users missed out on a moment so they go back 10 seconds.
The same problem occurs when a user have to click a like or dislike button.

As a user I dont want to click the full screen mode again and again while scrolling up and down. Youtube's algorithm is really good in suggesting the videos to you so why not stay in full screen mode and enjoy. watching suggested videos constantly without exiting it once.
If this happens with you on daily basis then you will become frustrated eventually.

I wanted to address this issue as I am a user facing this problem myself so here is a proposed solution while the video is still playing in full screen mode. I brainstormed and came up with multiple variations of this but this one looks most realistic and applicable approach to me.

They can add a hidden comments section which appears or disappears by clicking the button on a progress bar.
It's a really small update for a company like Google but I dont know why they haven't implemented it yet.
