Overtime: Design The New Normal

A sneak peek of tomorrow's episode of Overtime! Last week I talked about decolonizing design and this week I continue the "What the heck can I do to make the world a more inclusive place???!!!" message by explaining compulsory heterosexuality. And wow what a cool thing: designers have a lot more power than most do, so we can use our skills to redefine what's "normal"!! This episode is all about exercises in visually establishing a new normal. First step: be aware by doing an audit of current and past design decisions to see what you can change going forward.
