M&D process/thinking

In progress logo work for a friend's mediation company. Thought it might be interesting just to take screenshots in Illustrator as I work through this first pass and stitch them together to show some process/thinking.

Mantras I've pulled out of the full brief to help guide things: strong but not dominating, mature but not antiquated, modern but not pretentious, smart but not condescending.

I think there's promising stuff here, but keen now to explore a mark specifically around the concept of resolution/joining or positivity/hope.
