In the registration process there's a field to enter the national health number. The goal is to confirm the user's identity by crossing information with the blood donor's database. Since it's sensitive information a tooltip was added to exlplain why that number is being requested.

Dádiva is a mobile app that aims to improve the process of blood donation and encourage young people to become regular donators.
