Bhitar se bahar is a coffee table book on the marvellous city of Jaipur. It reflects the culture, the people, the streets and different stories along with capturing the essence of the place. Also, tagged as the ‘pink city’, but pink is not the only color we get to see. There are many other colors associated with Jaipur but peach, not exactly pink, is the one which is the most prominent both in the city and the book. After all, the book is the visual rendition of the place to give the viewers an idea about what the place actually looks and feels like. Being a coffee table book, it focusses mostly on the wide range of delicacies of Jaipur and it is well documented. Though, it’s not a guidebook, but a foodie like me can definitely refer this book and get his hunger down.
