Solstice Solera Whiskey bottle

I have been lucky enough to make a lot of fun things for my friends Amalga Distillery over the years, but I think I have a new favorite! This last weekend they released their Solstice Solera Whiskey to correspond with the summer solstice. If you don’t know, the summer solstice is the longest day of the year, and in Alaska that means the sun is still shining at midnight! We decided that a hand reaching up and literally holding the rays of the sun would be a good representation of the solstice, especially when you letterpress the design with holographic foil!
