After conducting user research, I discovered that the primary user complaint was lack of visibility of content and social features (as Netflix Party did so well during the lockdown).

My process : - Analysis of user experience - User Interviews - Competitors analysis - Insights and observation - Ideation - Sketching/Wireframing/ HF Prototype - User testing

New features :

- Friends list - Ability to watch content with friends at the same time when not together. - Recommended content to your friends - Create a private list of content or share it with friends. - Show IMDB rating under content to reduce the user’s cognitive load. - Mark content as watched to avoid getting repetitive recommendations.
