The Maharashtrian Bride- Abhigya

Presenting Abhigya, a bride who is going to get married but isn't really happy about her marriage.
Back then love was so pure with no lust, no trade and a lot of selflessness. But with time, the purity has faded and eventually vanished. There's no emotion left. Earlier being in love meant owing everything... not just your partner's Instagram account's password but their heart, their time and most importantly, their respect. Nowadays relationships are more likely seen but not felt. What does that mean? It means that the first thing you do being in a relationship is brag about it. Then you start spending time together, you love your partner but eventually, you start getting annoyed by the idea that you can not really be free in your own time because you're committed and being in your own time might offend the other one. You start getting annoyed by the little things that you used to find cute once. It's really hurts to see people accepting the fact that “Yeah toh chalta reheta hai!" Stop begging for love in a relationship. Stop compromising. Rather talk! Try to work it out. Communication is the key. If that doesn't happen, there's no point of such a relationship. It's better to be alone and feel lonely rather than being with a partner and still be left alone. What's the use of a relationship if you have to fight each battle alone, cry to sleep alone, fight against anxiety alone? Relationship is not showing love when together but still caring for each other when staying apart. And no one is that busy that they won't be able to check on you. If they really care, they will no matter what. Trust me! If you're not communicating in a relationship, you really need to rethink about it!
Abhigya, after going through a lot of toxic relationships has lost faith in the concept of love. She agrees for arranged marriage still hoping that this one won't break her. She finds it funny that people first come into your life, make you handicapped by all their help and memories and then change all of a sudden and leave!
The end.
