Domestic violence
A series of illustrations I made for a text about the scale of domestic violence in response to Russian authorities denying the existence of the problem. I wrote the original text in November of 2019.
Now it is as relevant as ever with the introduction of strict quarantine in Russia. Quarantine leads to rise in domestic violence in many countries, including Russia. And yet the government still refuses to pass the act for prevention and criminalisation of this type of offence.
