Profile Page Design - Challenge 006

Today I created a profile page for a job seeker, seen from the perspective of a hiring manager.

This website (Design/Find) would be specifically for Designers and Creators.

I included links to the candidates design and professional profiles, and I wanted to showcase their top skills, location, and experience level for easy scanability.

My main concern is that it's a little crowded - what do you think?
