Meeting the Cropster Personas: Coffee roasters

It’s time to present the next illustration of our Cropster persona series. Introducing coffee roasters who use their skills and knowledge to transform green coffee beans into roasted coffee to bring out the aroma and flavor. During roasting the green coffee goes through different stages like drying, Maillard, first crack, development, and changes its color from green to brown. For many roasters, roasting is both art and science. We at Cropster support roasters by tracking everything that is going on in a roasting machine. This way, roasters can use this data to create their best recipe and ensure the quality of their coffees is consistent.
