focus

This shot is inspired by Mel Robbin's Ted talk (https://www.ted.com/talks/mel_robbins_how_to_stop_screwing_yourself_over).

The essence of the talk made me go and search more and I found her amazing book on 5 second rule.
The neuroscientist in me got very excited and i tried this rule on a daily basis. It became a big part of my routines and my focus was easy to come back. Try it.
It is so simple that it sounds stupid but all you need to do is count backwards and your frontal cortex gets activated and boom you have your focus back.

I am serious. 54321 and that is all. how hard can that be?

For my class lectures, thought will enhance the rule with some beautiful type and some simple graphics. There you go...
