Dashboard design for Healthcare app

Digital Diabetes Analytics is a web-based platform, which brings users suffering from diabetes, as well as medical staff, with a huge number of relevant information in order to plan future treatments.

The platform is connected with a small device which patiens usually carry with themselves, and which tracks their blood glucose levels. Project consists of a deep analysis of users needs - both patients, and medical professionals, followed by user interface design.
