Week7 - PCR tubes

Weekly illustration of a piece of equipment in the lab. PCR tubes are used in PCR machines to make copies of DNA. PCR can also detect the presence absence of DNA/RNA like in the DNA test for Covid. The diagnostic can be visual with the addition of a dye : orange is negative, yellow positive for the presence of coronavirus RNA.
