The Dove & Shears

To tie in with one of the biggest refurbishments the venue has ever undertaken, Campbelltown Catholic Club approached E+A to come up with a name, brand identity, visual direction and application for a new type of gastropub. Traditional English country pub meets upmarket airport lounge. Must somehow link back to the club. We workshopped internally and devised a shortlist of naming options, before building out three concepts. The final selection has a life of its own, placing The Dove & Shears as one of the premium dining experiences in Greater Sydney.
