004 Calculator Design

For the calculator challenge, I imagined an app that would allow friends to split the bill at a restaurant, and would automatically tally up your total based on the items you select from the receipt and the tip you choose to add on.

I feel pretty good about this design! And I think it would be a really useful tool for people wanting to split a large bill between a lot of people at a restaurant or bar!

The idea is that users would create an account and add a payment method to their account that they would like to pay with. The restaurant / bar would have the other side of the platform that would allow them to receive payment. It's an easy way to store all your receipts and track your total expenditure in restaurants.
