Smart4Health - Logo Revamp

Smart4Health is a citizen-centred EU-EHR exchange for personalized health. We ran a Brand Sprint workshop to gather important insights about their brand before moving forward with a logo revamp. We also created a new Brand Guide and some stationary assets.
