Immunization Tracker in an EHR System

Medical practitioners see more and more patients, they have to constantly add new data into EHRs. We designed this interaction to make the process faster, easier and more efficient for them. Medical practitioners can now add or update immunization details for their patient's briefing about their dosage, or update the ongoing status and schedules. On the right panel, they can select the assessment for which the patient received the immunization. They can also view the Immunization Schedule using the link on the bottom left.
