Concept design - Remote HR Solutions

A Concept design for a Remote team HR solution provider.

A few challenges to solve would be:

1. Attendance tracking - yes we want to be result focused, but even legally, there needs to be some attendance mechanism

2. Accessing full time opportunity remote talent across the globe can be a challenge

3. Payroll solutions to pay globally with cost effective transaction charges.

P.S. - when it comes to remote work, I designed this for quite a small screen :)
