splash screen

i used figma in designing the png file above STEPS 1. i created a frame 2. i drew a rectangle of white colour and masked the background image inside it 3. i then drew another rectangle over it with a gradient (radial) red colour 4. i created the chef hat symbol using circles and a rectangle and the line underneath was drawn using pen tool 5. the word "chef recipe" was written using the pencil tool
