Leadership Platform

The challenge was that employees experienced a lot of difficulty and lack of incentive to become leaders. Our goal was to make this journey easier and more welcoming.

We started the project by doing research and we identified that employees needed to develop their own soft skills for leadership positions, they felt safer talking to people who had the same experience and could be mentored.
