I’m craving a good craft cocktail.... Something made by anyone but myself. I’ve explored all the dark corners of my liquor cabinet the past 3 months, and it’s starting to get old. One place that is specifically sounding good these days... is Finks. One of my favorite corner bars. It’s kind of a mashup between a classic cocktail bar and your best friend’s basement from the 90s. They’ve got a strong cocktail menu that isn’t trying too hard to be cool. Only about 9 items on the menu. My go-to is the classic old fashioned, or the power station if I’m feeling the tequila... can’t go wrong with either. And you can’t go wrong with Finks.
