Design at Zify :
SOS Emergency Screen

Users can avail this emergency option in any case of accident or harassment from co-traveller/carpal or any other emergencies.
Emergency option is available for both car-owner and riders in their respective Current Drive and Current Ride screens i.e emergency option is available only on a carpooling journey.

Tapping on the emergency option alerts the customer support team of Zify and the user gets a call within 60sec from Zify team to know about the situation of the user and to take required action.

Implementation of this particular emergency option greatly enhanced the user experience and user's trust upon Zify.
