Talking with Users — From In-Person to Remote Interviews

In the beginning of the COVID19 pandemic we noticed that, for some designers and researchers, adapting to this new reality where every single step in process of building a product became digitalised was beginning to be though. For that reason, me and Leihla Pinho, decided to make things easier by sharing knowledge on how to conduct user research and how to facilitate user interviews using tools like zoom, hangouts, you name it. The result was a in-depth article followed by a funky illustration that we hope can help fellow colleagues out there!
