I present to you.. SQUID ON A STICK.
Two years ago when I was in Hong Kong, I bought some squid on a stick at a street market. Oh boy. A fried delight, savory goodness, crunchy exterior with a chewy inside, bursting with juicy flavor, seasoned with spices, garlic powder, and basil leaf. Ahh...

Now that's my kind of food truck!
