My Immunity - App design for Boost Immunity
The fast-spreading coronavirus continues to disrupt global economies and is almost threatening the human race's existence on the planet earth. The new COVID-19 strain has had a significant impact on people with low immunity.
Although people of all ages are at the risk of contracting an infection, those with before-mentioned health issues like asthma, diabetes, heart problems, and kidney diseases, as well as older people, are more vulnerable to the virus.
As the scientists are researching the new strand of viruses and striving to develop a vaccine, it has been observed that the best way to survive the onslaught of the virus is to create strong immunity.
Three ways to boost immunity against the virus:
1) Enjoy a balanced diet
Our application lists various nutritious diet plans to help you boost immunity. Nutritional deficiencies make us more susceptible to new viruses and bacteria, and that's why it is essential to consume well-balanced foods to bolster the immune system. Whole-foods, including grains, beans, nuts, and seeds, provide daily dietary value along with sweet-tasting vegetables and leafy greens.
2) Practice yoga and meditation
Yoga, an ancient Indian tradition, has helped millions over the period of 5000 years to overcome severe health conditions. Practice yoga asana, pranayama, and meditation for at least 30 minutes every day.
The application has various features to help you learn multiple yoga asana.
3) Stress Relaxation
Too much stress releases the hormone known as cortisol. Stress impairs your response to immediate surroundings, and makes your body receptive to infections; you are left always feeling anxious. The best way to maintain a low-stress level is through meditation; it is a tried and tested activity to calm the nerves. If you need help meditating, then there are several channels on youtube with instructional resources to help you meditate.
So, the concept has been mindfully designed for the Boost Your Immunity App. Also, this is my first attempt towards designing an app concept. Hope you guys like it!!!
Also, do not hold back. Please share your feedback. I positively feel that good feedbacks could help me improve my designing perspective.
