O.U.R. Content View

The website contains multiple views that collect many content pages together around a specific user (Student Resources, Faculty Resources, Mentor Resources, etc). New pages just need to be tagged with "student resource" in order to appear in this view, and we also arranged the order to push pages we wanted (in this case) students to see. Additionally, since this view is dedicated to related links, what would normally be the "related links" box is now "external links" to provide resources unrelated to the O.U.R.
