The idea of a ‘lack of face’, or physical plane, lead me to consider physical frameworks and subsequently those that are also social. Brought together, the frameworks of multi-use games areas become typographic. As such, variations in their design, the chubbiness of their steelwork and powder-coated colouring lends each its own distinct character and formal associations.
