Moo Ice Cream

I don't really know what my favourite flavour of ice cream is but I could narrow it down to Mint-Choc-Chip, Vanilla, Salted Caramel or Ube (Purple Yam, from the Philippines).

The logo for the brand was designed around 3 elements:
1. A Celtic knot, to represent the brands heritage.
2. The name of the brand: Moo
3. The shape of a triple scoop of ice cream
