Today i present you Pitaya which is a property management saas to manage a large amount of rentals, currently in the prototype phase.

The software aims to the market of landlords, property managers, rental management companies and residential property management companies playing on a bigger scale of properties.

The software will heave features to track tenants, manage the leases and the payments but will also track the expenses and the maintenance requests. All this from within one central cloud-app!

Probably the most important feature for the landlords will be the invoicing system that allows the landlord to configure specific billings for the tenants for the regular payments as well as special payments that will occur from time to time.
