Qualfon’s online experience needed a refresh. The goals for the refresh was to provide easily consumable and engaging content to learn about the company, drive sales, drive job applications, and offer ways to connect. Also, communicating a people-oriented, personable, modern, and professional look.

Strategy
We hit the ground running by performing an audit of the current site and a heuristic evaluation. Keeping in mind who the user personas were and using competitive research, we leveraged the data and findings to guide the user experience and interface.
Solution
We mapped out the current site architecture and re-architected the navigation, wire framed and prototyped pages and flows, designed a user interface with easy to consume info graphics, and built on a flexible CMS platform that was easy to navigate, learn, and connect.
