Duffl (https://duffl.com) is a 10-minute delivery service that uses electric vehicles.
This is the software our racers/deliverers use to view and fulfill incoming orders. To design this, I strived to deeply understand the problems with the racers' previous system, maximize the number of orders per racer, and understand what the racers value (e.g. least number of clicks). To test the product, I became a racer myself and talked to many others about their experience using the software.
