Introducing our guests to the unique city and neighborhood they were visiting was one of our main priorities; we wanted to help the guest discover something new that would enhance their stay experience. With apps gaining popularity, I designed & user-tested the first mobile app for the company. Guests were offered important stay information, arrival instructions, food delivery, concierge 24/7 assistance, neighborhood recommendations, and account personalizations.
