One day is not enough to designate to awareness. As heartbreaking as it is, practicing menstrual hygeine is still not a common practice, buying sanitary napkins in bags not coloured black is still not mainstream, conversation on periods is still seen as a taboo. Menstruation is natural. Hygeine is natural. Care is natural.
