Doctor is not getting real-time information about their Patients. the Nurses have to manually call the doctor to give updates.

Doctor Should know about the critical condition of their patients when he is not in the hospital. The current scenario clinic uses a manual system for managing doctor appointments, patient history, diagnostic reports.
