UI challenge #92 - FAQ
Concept design for a tech company's Help Center.

I'm encouraging users to ask questions they may have straight away by placing a search on the top of the page.

Later on I placed the predetermined question with answers and issues' categories. This section is for the users who don’t have formulated questions yet.

On the bottom of the page I placed a contact information section for those users who didn't find answers. It isn't at the top of the page, because users are encouraged to look for the answers themselves before they reach out to the company.
