3D Martini (sorta)
So I’m always trying to give myself little illustration\animation challenges to keep things fresh (and challenging, duh). But sometimes you need a little kick in the butt from the community to do it!
I thought Loris Alessandria's clean line illu was a nice opportunity to work on my fake 3D. Worked on making a clean movement of the glass first as you can see in the attachment, but then some of the other stuff involved a bit more frame by frame than I had anticipated! The original lemon slice was hella tricky to animate in 3D too so lazy moi switched it for a simple olive pick. Also, I realized the olive was named a cherry in the PSD file... cherry in a martini?? Is that an Italian thing or a Loris thing? Haha I love it
