U: UB City

UB City, India's first luxury mall, is a joint development venture between the UB Group and the Prestige Group.

With a total built-up area of 16 lakh sqft., UB City consists of 6 blocks, UB Tower, Kingfisher Plaza, Concorde, Canberra, Comet and Kingfisher Towers

The location where UB city stands was originally a distillery of United Breweries setup in mid 18th century. Mr Vital Mallya bought it from Britishers in 1947 along with other distilleries.
