Unused Concept - TowerCo City Municipality Brochure

Part of an unused concept for TowerCo. This brochure focuses on city or state municipality representatives. The design elements common throughout the proposed identity "zoom in" a bit further here, addressing an audience that is concerned with a smaller number of clients and constituents.

In an industry dominated by sameness—in particular, the way towers are shown with mediocre photography—the idea of using their dot grid pattern as a way to illustrate the towers was exciting and different.
