Servam - Lean Brand Sprint
Servam, an experimented environmental consultant team, had a simple need: to create a sales deck to pitch their service for new leads. But we had a problem, they were lacking of brand assets and time… So we decided to run a Lean Brand Sprint, an accelerated brand creation process to skips the navel-gazing and boils branding down to its simplest elements: Story, strategy and symbol.
The whole process took only 3 weeks, where we delivered all the necessary assets to launch the rebrand effectively and to help the team iterate and grow alongside product scales.
