30 Days of Art (6): Spotify Music Player

Not gonna lie, this took me the whole day to make cause it's been so long since I made animated GIFs, let alone one for a prototype demonstration...

Anyway, today's UI design, a music player, is inspired by Spotify's branding. What if their bold, in-your-face typography carried on to Product Design? Now that I came up with Day 6's design, I think this looks good on paper, and not so much an actuality.

Otherwise, I can't be the only person who's been listening to In Your Eyes by The Weeknd on repeat. After Hours is a banger. I discovered the Toronto based singer back in 2011 through Tumblr and it's been a journey seeing how his musical career constantly keeps unraveling. Next month would have been the third time seeing him live but his tour has been postponed to 2021. Oh well 😕
