Duty Free Shop, Loyal T Mascot

Duty Free Shop is the world’s largest luxury travel retailer. For Loyal T, its membership program, Jd&co. concepted and illustrated an all-new brand mascot with a fellow Creative Director at DFS. After brainstorming a range of symbols that embodied loyalty in DFS brand terms, we eventually landed on Cloud, an infectiously huggable cloud mascot. (Warning: it’s dangerously cute!) It was beloved across all forms—e.g., digital animation, sculpture, dolls, keychains—and across all media.

We also created illustrations for DFS’s First Class Beauty and Love of Travel campaigns.
