The article is about how she likes to use NASCAR as a way to talk about physics (teaching everything from concepts like force, power, and even special relativity). The article itself was written for laypeople, and it’s very accessible and light in tone. The art directors came to me with a very specific idea in mind, looking for a silly and lighthearted scene that would illustrate examples mentioned in the text.
